How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Each kit is custom-made to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, followed by shipping which ranges from 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is included in the Custom Paint By Numbers kit?
Every kit arrives with a high-quality numbered canvas, a set of custom-mixed acrylic paints specific to your photo, three professional-grade brushes, and a reference guide.
Do you offer returns on custom products?
Because each kit is uniquely generated from your personal photo, we cannot accept returns. However, if your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, we will send a replacement immediately.
Will the paint colors perfectly match my photo?
We use advanced color-matching technology to provide the closest possible representation. Please note that slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of acrylic pigments.
Is the paint safe for children and pets?
Yes, we use non-toxic, eco-friendly acrylic paints that are odorless and safe for all ages, though we recommend adult supervision for children under 6.
