We want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic journey; if your custom kit doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your needs.

• 2.
  Prepare the Canvas

  Ensure the kit is in its original packaging, including all paints and brushes, and that the canvas has not been painted on.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new custom kit within 5-7 business days.
